CANCELLATION POLICY

At Psalm 46:5 Beauty Studio, every appointment is reserved intentionally to provide each guest with a personalized, luxury experience. Please review the policies below before booking to ensure a smooth experience for both you and the studio. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out at any time. 🤍 ⸻ CREDIT CARD ON FILE A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. By booking, you agree to the cancellation and no-show policies outlined below. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, same-day cancellation, no-show, or other policy violation. ⸻ DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required for all haircut, color, blonding, and extension appointments. Deposit amounts are listed during booking or discussed during your consultation. Deposits will be applied toward your final service total. Deposits may be transferred one time only if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit. ⸻ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING I understand that life happens and schedule changes may occasionally be necessary. To avoid cancellation fees, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will result in: * forfeiture of your deposit * and a charge of 50% of the remaining scheduled service total If no deposit was paid, 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file. Repeated late cancellations or reschedules may result in refusal of future bookings. ⸻ SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS Appointments canceled on the same day as the scheduled appointment are considered a same-day cancellation. Because this time has been reserved specifically for you and often cannot be filled on short notice: * your deposit will be forfeited * and 50% of the remaining scheduled service total will be charged ⸻ NO CALL / NO SHOW Clients who fail to show up to their appointment without contacting the studio will: * forfeit their deposit * and be charged 100% of the remaining service total If no deposit was collected, 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file. No call/no shows may result in inability to book future appointments. ⸻ TARDINESS A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the remaining time available. In these cases, the appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation and cancellation fees may apply. If I am running behind, I will always communicate with you as soon as possible. Guests affected by significant delays may choose to reschedule or receive a complimentary deep conditioning treatment. ⸻ CONFIRMATION TEXTS Appointment reminder texts are sent 24–48 hours prior to your appointment. Appointments must be confirmed to remain on the schedule. If confirmation is not received, your appointment may be canceled and the cancellation policy may apply. Please understand that clients are responsible for remembering their scheduled appointment date and time. ⸻ REFUNDS & ADJUSTMENTS Due to the time, products, and custom nature of salon services, refunds are not offered. However, your satisfaction is very important to me. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact the studio within 4 days of your appointment so we can discuss a reasonable adjustment if appropriate.
