CANCELLATION POLICY

At Psalm 46:5 Beauty Studio, I go out of our way to make sure my valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter my doors to the moment they leave my Hair Studio. Please take a moment to review my policies to ensure you understand my operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and I’ll be happy to help. CREDIT CARD REQUIRED TO BOOK A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. I require 48 hours’ notice to cancel OR reschedule an appointment. In the case that 48 hours’ notice is not given for a cancellation OR rescheduling, Psalm 46:5 Beauty Studio reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file, 100% of the remaining balance of your service and you will forfeit your deposit. REFUNDS Psalm 46:5 Beauty Studio does not offer refunds of any kind, NO EXCEPTIONS. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service you have 4 days after the service was completed to notify the studio and come to a happy resolution. DEPOSITS Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. A deposit is required for all haircut, color, blonding, and/or hair extension services, the amount required is stated on the website or discussed during the consultation and will be collected at the time of booking. At the time of service the remaining balance will be charged. CANCELING & RESCHEDULING I understand that life happens, and the need to cancel or reschedule happens. In the event of needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment it will not allow you to make changes to your appointment online and you will have to contact me directly to cancel or reschedule. As long as the appointment is canceled or rescheduled 48 HOURS PRIOR to the original appointment the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment time, a deposit will only transfer 1 time before a new deposit is needed. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled WITHIN the 48 hour cancellation window your deposit will be forfeited and you will be subject to the same day cancelation policy as stated below. SAME DAY CANCELATION Your appointment is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations, rescheduling or any changes to your service/appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will forfeit your deposit AND will be charge the difference of 50% of the service(s) booked OR if no deposit was paid at the time of booking, you will be charged for 50% the cost of your service for which you were scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Psalm 46:5 Beauty Studio. NO CALL/NO SHOW If you do not contact Psalm 46:5 Beauty Studio to cancel or reschedule your appointment AND you do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and be charged the remainder of (100%) the cost of the service(s) originally scheduled OR if no deposit was made at the time of booking you will be charged 100% of the service(s) scheduled AND will be prohibited from booking again. TARDINESS Here at Psalm 46:5 Beauty Studio we have a 10 minute grace period policy. If you are running late, please call ahead of time to let me know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes, you will forfeit your appointment and your deposit completely and be will be considered a same day cancelation. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Psalm 46:5 Beauty Studio. In the event that I am late, you will have the option to reschedule, or receive a complementary deep conditioning treatment. CONFIRMATION TEXT 24-48 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a reminder text which you WILL need to confirm. If you do not confirm, your appointment it will be cancelled and our cancellation policy will apply. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.
